Boeing CST-100

The  CST-100  is Boeing’s Commercial Crew Program entry is represented here in a new NASA CCP video brief.

The CST-100 crew capsule is a spacecraft design proposed by Boeing in collaboration with Bigelow Aerospace. The spacecraft resembles the Orion however it is smaller but still larger than the Apollo capsule. It is designed to carry 7 astronauts or the equivalent cargo. It is compatible with several different launch platforms including the Falcon 9.

The CST-100 is designed  for dry surface landing .
