Visual Guide to Rocket Motors

Dale Windsor has put together an excellent collection of photos of rocket motors. He has divided his motor section into “model”(up to G),”high power”, and “european”. This is the first visual collection that I have seen compiled on the web. There are some real gems in his photo inventory. Go take a look.

…and for those of you who are still confused on calling them rocket motors or rocket engines. The correct name justification comes from NASA….“It is customary that a liquid propellant rocket system is called an engine, and a solid rocket system is called a motor.”
