NASA names rockets

ares
NASA has now given names to the rockets of project Constellation.
The crew launch vehicle will be called Ares I and the clustered cargo launch vehicle will be known as Ares V.

Why Ares? Ares was a god of war identified with MARS in Roman mythology.
